About
We run NetSuite so you can run your business
Meet the Seattle-based NetSuite BPO partner behind Suite Solutions Group — our team, our approach, and why clients trust us with implementation and accounting.
Suite Solutions Group is a Seattle-based NetSuite BPO partner. We don’t just sell and implement NetSuite and walk away. We stay and operate it, and we run the accounting behind it. That means one team owns the software, the process, and the numbers, so you’re never left holding a system nobody knows how to drive.
Why we started SSG
Most companies that adopt NetSuite live through the same story: a big implementation, a proud go-live, and then a slow slide into confusion once the consultants disappear. The system technically works, but nobody inside the business fully understands it, the close still takes weeks, and every new question turns into a support ticket.
We built Suite Solutions Group to close that gap. Our founder, Tim Wallace, spent years on both sides of that divide, inside finance teams living with the numbers, and alongside the technical teams building the systems that produce them. SSG is the partner he wished those teams had: one that treats implementation and operations as the same job, because they are.
What we do
One team owns the software, the process, and the numbers
We're a business process outsourcing (BPO) partner for NetSuite, which is a longer way of saying we handle the whole thing.
We implement NetSuite
Scoped to what you need now, configured on proven best practices, and delivered without the 12-month enterprise slog.
We operate it after go-live
Support, training, integrations, and customization so the system keeps pace as your business changes, instead of ossifying the day it launches.
We run the accounting
Full-service fractional accounting and bookkeeping for AP, reconciliations, monthly close, and clean reporting, plus fractional CFO support when you're ready for forecasting and board-level numbers.
See how we approach NetSuite implementation, the support, training, integrations, and customization that keep the system moving — including the integrations and customizations that make NetSuite fit how you actually work — and the full-service fractional accounting and bookkeeping behind it. Because the same team does all three, there’s no finger-pointing between “the software people” and “the accounting people.” When something breaks or a number looks wrong, one team owns the answer.
Our credentials
We’re an Oracle NetSuite partner and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor Gold firm. That combination matters more than it sounds: it means we can meet you wherever you are today. If you’re still on QuickBooks and not ready to move, we can run your books there and tell you honestly when, and whether, NetSuite is the right next step. If you’re ready for ERP, we can license, implement, and operate it. We’re not selling one product; we’re mapping the right system to your stage.
Zero-Cost Go-Live
Let’s be honest, it’s not free, it’s included. License NetSuite through us and let us run your accounting or admin, and the implementation comes with it. We run three tracks: Founder Fast-Track (30 days), Growth Go-Live (60 days), and a scoped Custom Build for anything that needs something special. It works because we’re operators, not one-and-done implementers: we’re invested in getting you onto a clean system precisely because we’ll be running it with you afterward. Why clients trust us
Why clients trust us
We're operators, not tourists
We sell, implement, and run NetSuite day to day. That changes how we build. We design systems to survive real operations, not just pass a go-live checklist.
We tell you the truth
If you're not ready for NetSuite, we'll say so. If a customization is a bad idea, we'll talk you out of it. Straight answers are cheaper for everyone.
We stay
The relationship doesn't end at go-live. Most of our clients keep us on to run their books, their system, or both, which is the whole point of a BPO partner.
We write regularly about NetSuite, accounting, and the decisions behind both. You can read the latest on our blog, including our take on when to switch from QuickBooks and how NetSuite empowers CFOs.
Let’s talk
Whether you’re evaluating NetSuite for the first time, stuck with a system nobody fully controls, or just want someone to own the close, we’d like to hear where you are. No pitch deck, just a straight conversation about whether we’re the right partner.
