Zero-Cost Go-Live

Let's be honest, it's not free. It's included. License NetSuite through us, let us run your accounting and admin, and the implementation comes with it.

Most firms bill the NetSuite implementation as its own project, and it is the number one reason good businesses stall before they ever go live. So we took that number off the table. When you license through us and let us run your accounting and admin, we build your go-live and include it in the relationship. No separate invoice, no five-figure go-live fee, no surprise line item. You get live on NetSuite without the upfront wall.

How it works

Zero-Cost Go-Live, start to finish

  1. 1

    License NetSuite through us

You license NetSuite through us rather than buying it as a standalone product.

  2. 2

Let us run your accounting or admin

You let us run your accounting and bookkeeping or your NetSuite administration every month.

  3. 3

    Your go-live is included

We build your go-live and carry it inside that relationship — no separate invoice, no five-figure go-live fee, no surprise line item.

Pick your track

Three tracks — two include the build

Not every go-live is the same size, so we run three. Two of them include the build. The third is for work that does not fit a template, and we scope it honestly instead of pretending it does.

Founder Fast-Track

Fresh business or startup, clean off QuickBooks.

  • 30 days
  • Go-live included

Growth Go-Live

Established SMB with standard needs.

  • 60 days
  • Go-live included

Custom Build

Anything that needs something special.

  • 90 days or more
  • Scoped separately

Why the timelines are real

Founder Fast-Track moves in 30 days because there is nothing to untangle: one entity, clean books off QuickBooks, and opening balances instead of years of history. Growth Go-Live takes 60 because it carries a bit more, standard modules, a light integration or two, and one historical load. Custom Build is 90 or more because it is doing something the template does not cover, and we would rather quote it honestly than pretend it fits in a box.

Your timeline depends on you too

These timelines assume you bring your data, make your decisions, and give us a point person who stays engaged. We hand you a short checklist up front. Hit it and we hit the date. Every fast NetSuite go-live is a two-way effort, and we will tell you exactly what we need from you before the clock starts.

Your side of the deal

What we need from you

Your data

Exported and handed over on schedule.

Timely decisions

Made when we need them, not weeks later.

One point person

Someone who stays engaged start to finish.

What’s included

Founder Fast-Track and Growth Go-Live both include the build. Here is the line, drawn so nobody is guessing. It is a real, scoped NetSuite implementation, not a stripped-down trial.

Where the line is drawn

Included vs. Custom Build

Founder Fast-Track & Growth Go-Live

Both include the full build:

  • NetSuite account setup and standard configuration.
  • Chart of accounts build or migration, standard structure.
  • Core financials: GL, AP, AR, and banking.
  • Standard tax, payment terms, and item setup.
  • Standard roles and permissions.
  • A small, capped set of custom fields and standard-layout form tweaks. Configuration, not custom development.
  • Opening balances and open transactions: trial balance, open AP and AR aging.
  • Standard bank feed connection.
  • Basic saved searches, standard reports, and standard role dashboards.
  • User onboarding and go-live training for your team.
  • Go-live support through your first close.

Growth Go-Live adds

On top of everything included above:

  • One clean historical data load, a defined period from a single clean source.
  • Light, standard, connector-based integrations. Native connections configured, not coded.

Custom Build (not included)

Need any of these? We scope and quote it separately, in writing, before we start:

  • Custom-built integrations to third-party systems (ecommerce, CRM, payroll, expense, industry apps).
  • iPaaS integration builds (Celigo, Make, or similar).
  • Custom scripts, workflows, custom records, or SuiteApps.
  • Custom fields, forms, or layouts beyond the standard allowance above.
  • Advanced modules: Advanced Revenue Management, multi-book, OneWorld and multi-subsidiary, WMS, manufacturing, and similar.
  • Multi-entity or multi-currency consolidation setup.
  • Historical data cleansing, transformation, or reconciliation of messy source data.
  • Migrations from multiple or non-standard source systems.
  • EDI, punchout, or specialized commerce connections.
  • Ongoing customization or enhancement work after go-live.

Rule of thumb

If it ships with NetSuite and we can configure it, it’s included. If it has to be built, coded, or wired to another system, it’s a Custom Build. We define anything in that second bucket with you before we start, in writing, so there are no surprises on either side.

What you commit to

Zero-Cost Go-Live is a relationship, not a coupon. You license NetSuite through us, and you let us run your accounting and bookkeeping or your NetSuite administration. The implementation is included in that relationship, and the team that builds your system is the same team that operates it every month.

If a Founder or Growth build turns out to need Custom Build work, we tell you the moment we see it, scope it, and quote it. We do not let a project quietly outgrow the deal you signed, and we put the line between included and scoped in writing before kickoff, not at go-live.

FAQ

Zero-Cost Go-Live FAQs

So is it free, or not?

No, and we will not pretend it is. It's included. There is no separate implementation invoice because you're licensing NetSuite through us and letting us run your accounting or admin. We build the go-live and carry it inside that relationship instead of billing it as a five-figure project up front.

Which track am I?

If you're a fresh business coming off QuickBooks, with one entity and no years of history to move, you're likely Founder Fast-Track, 30 days. If you're an established SMB on standard modules with a light integration or two, that's Growth Go-Live, 60 days. Anything with custom development, complex integrations, or multi-entity work is a Custom Build, scoped separately. Not sure? Book a call and we'll place you honestly.

How long does it really take?

Thirty days for Founder Fast-Track, sixty for Growth Go-Live, and ninety or more for a scoped Custom Build. The number is real when your data is ready and your point person stays engaged, which is why we hand you a short checklist up front. No surprises on timeline or cost.

What does the licensing cost?

Licensing depends on the modules and user count you need, and we pass Oracle's partner pricing straight through, no markup games. Run our pricing estimator for a realistic starting figure, and we'll firm it up when we scope your build.

Do you also run our NetSuite after go-live?

Yes, that's the whole point. The same team that builds your system runs it: monthly close, everyday administration, and fractional accounting. One relationship, one source of truth, no handoff to a stranger at go-live.
